In the 1980s the media begins to strategize with identity, sell you identity. Who you wish you were and the life you wish to have becomes something you can purchase. All you need is image, it doesn't matter what you are inside. Identity is now presented as something that needs to appeal to the mass and so it must be carefully modified, tamed, flattened. You all became culturally conditioned to flatten yourself at the media. This would not have happened without the Puritan imprint. Nobody ever would have come to the conclusion that you are to meek yourself into nothing rather than face persecution if it were not for the Puritan imprint, nobody ever would have felt this depth of need for appeal if not for the Hollywood base of your culture. Within the new prepackaged identity thinking of your culture, the rebellion itself becomes nothing but an adorable t-shirt, an adorable image, counter culture becomes nothing but varying ways in which you are sad and confused and hopeless. Art doesn't mean anything to anybody, any and all expression is fucking ridiculous. We have no culture, we have no overbearing force telling us how to be, we're a collection of free individuals. This is the normal. We are the only thing that is normal. Why on Earth would we ever look outwards? The rest of the world is watching your media... This is fucked up. What are these bizarre loud neon coloured shoulder-padded in your face demented caricatures? They venture outside, we make fun of their hair, eyes wide trying to hide our manic giggling. They think we're uncool. They run home and cry. The American bubble is established, they're all alone in their cultural dementia. Aahhh... Rest of the world sees us as the loud obnoxious American stereotype, that's what we are to them, hah, okay fine, you're ridiculous rest of the world. Oh well, they watch our media they know we're the cool people, they're jealous. No they don't, there's a hard enforcement cultural conditioning program, parents tell their children don't watch these channels until you're old enough to understand what's happening and you can filter out the dementia. We have it in Canada as well, however half of parents choose to neglect what they've been taught by this mysterious unlisted number phone call, there's no harm in watching these channels just because they're a little stupid. Even though they told us that's exactly the kind of thinking we're trying to avoid.

Some of you know you're in a bubble, you think you see it, you think you get it, you don't get it. Only about a third of rest of the world would say they really get it, something about it tells you not to go stating these things anywhere an American may hear it. There's a certain forcefulness when you encounter an American, they all have an I'll murder you tone that implies you may witness something you'll need to murder if you express your feelings, you know to leave it alone.
You venture out into rest of the world, a blank interchangeable meaningless nothing, a delusional freak of nature, knowing you are their saviour, you pretend to be tolerant and respectful of their demented cultural practices by condescendingly wearing their Americanized stereotypical cultural garb and talking about how adorable you feel for acknowledging there's anything outside of America. At least it's warm, but you can't wait to go home to backwards land, the only place that makes any sense, the only place that is normal.
Your language noises are not the base normal. It isn't naturally implied that all noises are obliterated by entering American perception because the American noises are the ones that are obviously the most familiar the ones that are most often witnessed. Rest of the world can put their noises on your noises and make fun of your noises with their noises even better than you can. They're not as invested in it as you are, they don't think this is how they dominate the planet. Making fun of accents is a thing that has always existed, however what you're currently doing is evidence of your cultural dementia.
The media says success and happiness is the one. That's the one you want. Get that success and force that happy. People will be much more likely to buy your product if you smile and pretend to be polite. People will think they're much happier with your product if they see the people on the television smile when they have your product. It's happy. It's happy. We're successful and we buy things and we're happy. People will be much more likely to purchase your identity if it appears to be happy.
You do not have the right to disrespect a person's individuality. They have the right to their opinion and you must respect that. Therefor you do not have the right to an opinion, nobody has the right to any opinion. Any and all opinion automatically goes against another opinion and disrespects that person's individuality. In rest of the world, everyone knows you get to speak, you get to speak your opinions and everyone's comfortable with that. And so the fate of America was a constant battle between freedom and inclusivity and the Puritans attempting to exercise their freedom to destroy freedom and inclusivity. The founding fathers wished for a land of freedom, freedom to believe in whatever religion you wish and express it. The Puritan version of expressing their religion is telling the world they need to be Puritan. And so you have a land of freedom, free to do whatever you want unless you're homosexual, because Puritans have the freedom to tell you this is objectively incorrect, I know you're not a homosexual, stop being a homosexual. America is a Christian nation, America was not meant to be a Christian nation, America was meant to be a free nation. Christianity and freedom cannot coexist. Give Christianity freedom and it will destroy freedom, give Christianity democracy and it will destroy democracy. The flood of Puritans into America created the perfect representation. There are certain ideas and ways of being towards which we should not be tolerant.
You must respect the Christianity. Keep it happy. Keep it delusional. There's no harm in having opinions. This is the land of the free.
A real American admires the Christianity America was meant to reject. A real American admires our philosophies of freedom as we do nothing but destroy freedom. A real American persecutes all who persecute beliefs by daring to mind their own business outside of what I believe. A real American refuses the indoctrination of our children that results from allowing our children to not be indoctrinated. A real American preaches personal responsibility while taking no personal responsibility for their thought and action. A real American champions free speech until somebody says something that goes against their thinking. A real American votes for the rich people they hate hoping these people will turn them into the rich and educated people they hate. A real American understands everything that does not pander to the simple minded conservative is pandering. A real American loves the farmers as they eat up all the farmland with their semi-urban small town sprawl. A real American understands the collective right for an individual to own a gun is a thing only ruined by the individual and not the collective being permitted to own guns. You want to be a real American you enter into the contradiction. It's everything to us. It's all we are. The American contradiction. If you truly loved America you would be everything America was meant to despise.
America wants no identity. America wants no freedom of expression. America wants nothing.
This is what happens when you crush the hippie movement, America. This is what happens when you let the puritans think they've won. God retribution, enter into the cultural dementia of your own thought processes. Lose everything that makes you the economic powerhouse that rapes the planet as it's saviour when the people come to the realization you've been fucking with all of our heads far beyond the limits of what can even be seen within the scale of what's tolerable. You've always taught us... There are things that make a country that are a little more important than it's power.
